Shipping Policy

EarnedSpace currently ships to addresses within the United States. Questions can be sent to earnedspace.com@gmail.com.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8 USD.
Free Standard shipping: orders of $70 USD or more.
Express shipping: $15 USD when available at checkout.

The shipping options and final charge displayed at checkout apply to the order.

Processing and delivery

Orders begin processing after payment is authorized and product availability is confirmed. Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. Delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, fulfillment partner, and carrier and are not guarantees. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other events outside our control can cause delays.

Products may ship from different fulfillment partners. An order containing multiple items can therefore arrive in separate packages and on different days. The customer will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split into multiple shipments.

Address accuracy and changes

Review the shipping address carefully before placing an order. Email us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins. EarnedSpace is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Tracking and delivery

A carrier scan marked “delivered” does not always mean the parcel was placed at the front door. Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, parcel lockers, and the carrier before reporting a missing delivery.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, email earnedspace.com@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photos. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and help arrange the appropriate next step.
