Refund policy

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

We want every EarnedSpace product to earn its place in your home. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email earnedspace.com@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the condition in which it arrived, with all parts, accessories, instructions, and original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or the EarnedSpace order number is required.
  • A return must be approved before it is shipped. Do not send a product to the return address on its original parcel or directly to a supplier. Returns sent without approval might not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us within the 14-day guarantee period. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no cost to you, which might be a replacement, replacement part, or refund.

Change-of-mind and fit returns

For an eligible return based on preference, fit, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for purchasing tracked return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. EarnedSpace does not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced directly when appropriate.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days after issuance for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email earnedspace.com@gmail.com.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but cancellation is guaranteed only before fulfillment begins. After fulfillment, the regular return rules apply.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale are not returnable. EarnedSpace does not currently sell final-sale items. If that changes, final-sale status will be disclosed before purchase. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
